When I saw the RE: Village artwork during a Nintendo Direct, admittedly, I had to double check to see if I was actually seeing what I thought I was seeing. When you can't serve the whole world, your service failed. Unless there's cities on every corners of the Earth I don't see how cloud gaming is going to work or be the future of something, many cities in Russia are stuck in the cold 60 below zero all year long even in the summer with online and wireless connection having difficulty everyday so how you gonna had cloud gaming over there and cities like Venice are in waters? Companies came up with technologies but does not realize not every part of the world is the same. Not many countries embrace cloud gaming and cloud based service like Netflix, Stadia, and GForceNow aren't available everywhere, heck Stadia isn't even worldwide. Many countries around the world are still stuck offline so your claim that the future is going to be like this isn't legit. The issue with the future is that companies don't perfect these technology, they kept jumping it up more and more hoping it'll be good when it's not. Tue 13th Sep Technology advances but only in some areas, not all.
